How to request deletion
Email support
Email admin@florechat.com from the email address used for your Flore Chat account.
Use the deletion subject line
Use the subject line: Flore Chat Account Deletion Request.
Include account details
Include the email address on your account and, if available, your Flore Chat display name.
Confirm ownership
We may ask you to confirm ownership before processing the request.
What will be deleted
- Your Flore Chat account profile, such as display name, email, and authentication identifiers.
- Your active API keys and device notification tokens.
- Your WhatsApp session records linked to the Flore Chat account.
- Chats, messages, translations, reply candidates, contact identity mappings, media metadata, and related app data associated with your account, where deletion is technically and legally possible.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup integrity, dispute resolution, or service diagnostics.
Logging out is different from deleting your account
Logging out only removes this device local login state. Account deletion removes the Flore Chat account and associated server-side data described above.
Timing
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying account ownership. Backup copies may take longer to expire according to normal backup rotation.
In-app deletion
Flore Chat is adding an in-app account deletion flow. Until that feature is available in your installed version, use this page to request deletion.
