Flore Chat helps users translate and reply to WhatsApp conversations. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can request deletion of your account and data.
Information we collect
- Account information such as your name, email address, authentication provider, and app account identifiers.
- WhatsApp session information needed to connect your WhatsApp account, including session IDs, linked phone identifiers, display names, connection status, and health status.
- Chat data processed through the service, including chat names, participants, message text, media metadata, transcriptions, translations, and reply candidates.
- Device information needed for push notifications, such as push notification tokens and platform type.
- Operational logs used to diagnose reliability, security, syncing, translation, and notification delivery.
How we use information
- To connect your WhatsApp account and sync selected chats.
- To translate messages into your chosen languages.
- To generate reply suggestions when you request them.
- To send notifications about translated messages.
- To troubleshoot reliability and protect the service.
Data sharing
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We share data only with service providers that help run Flore Chat, when required by law, or when needed to protect users and the service.
Your choices
- You can log out without deleting your account.
- You can request account and data deletion from the Account deletion page.
